Glint Wholesale Seller Terms
Effective date. Last updated October 31, 2026.
1. Who we are and accepting these terms
Glint Wholesale ("Glint", "we", "us") is a service of Glint Collective USA, the business name of Kathy Azaryan, a sole proprietor in California, at 3223 West 6th Street, Suite 101, Los Angeles, CA 90020. Glint is a Shopify app that lets you sell our jewelry and accessories in your Shopify store, while we stock, pack and ship them from Los Angeles.
These terms are an agreement between us and the business that installs Glint ("you", "the seller"). By installing Glint or choosing a Glint plan, you agree to them. If you use Glint for a company, you confirm you can agree for it.
You also remain bound by Shopify's own terms for your store and for apps. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we keep and why.
2. Plans, free trial and billing
Glint costs $20 a month or $192 a year, with a 14-day free trial. You choose a plan before your trial starts. Shopify bills the plan on your Shopify invoice, and Shopify's billing terms apply to those charges.
- One trial per store. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't start a new trial.
- Cancelling. You can cancel or change your plan any time from Glint's plan page. Plan fees already charged aren't refunded, except where Shopify or the law requires it.
- Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice in the app before a plan price changes.
- When a plan ends or a payment fails, you lose access to Glint. You can't add pieces or pay for orders, and the stock of Glint pieces in your store is set to 0 so customers can't buy what you can't fulfil. Choose a plan again and access and stock come back.
- Changing stock yourself. Don't raise the stock of Glint pieces in Shopify while your plan is inactive. Orders placed that way can't be paid for in Glint or shipped, and you are responsible for refunding those customers.
Wholesale prices for pieces, samples and custom packaging are separate from the plan and are paid in Glint (sections 4, 5 and 7).
3. Adding pieces, prices and stock
You choose which catalog pieces to add to your store and set your own retail prices. You keep everything your customers pay you.
- Wholesale prices. You pay the wholesale price shown in Glint at the moment you pay for an order. We may change wholesale prices, or stop selling a piece, at any time; a change never affects orders you've already paid for.
- Stock. We keep the stock of Glint pieces in your store in step with our warehouse. A piece can still sell out between your customer's order and your payment; if we can't fill it, we tell you in Glint and you don't pay for it.
- Holds for unpaid orders. When your customer orders, we hold that stock for you for 7 days. Pay within 7 days or the hold ends and the piece may sell out.
- Sold-out pieces stay in your store marked Sold out and come back when we restock.
- Product details. We supply titles, descriptions, photos and specifications. You may edit them in your store. We try to keep them accurate, but you are responsible for what your store says, including any claims you add.
- Where Glint pieces can be sold. Sell Glint pieces only to customers with US shipping addresses (section 4), and only through your own store.
4. Orders, payment and shipping
We ship an order only after your customer has paid you for it and you have paid us for it in Glint. Payment is by card on a secure Shopify checkout; Glint never sees your card details.
- What you pay is the wholesale price of the Glint pieces in your customer's order. Shipping to your customer is included at no extra cost.
- When we ship. We pack and ship from our Los Angeles warehouse within 1–2 business days of your payment (Monday to Friday, except US holidays), with USPS Ground Advantage and tracking. Most orders arrive within 5–7 days of payment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Where we ship. US addresses only: the 50 states, PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) and US territories. We can't ship orders to other countries.
- Addresses. We ship to the address on your customer's Shopify order. Check it before you pay; we aren't responsible for orders sent to an address that was wrong when you paid.
- Tracking. Once your order ships, we mark it fulfilled in your store with the tracking number, and your store emails your customer.
- No Glint branding. Packages carry no Glint name or logo, prices, invoice or packing slip. To your customer, the order comes from you.
- Glint location and shipping rate. Glint adds a "Glint Wholesale" location and shipping rate to your store, used only for Glint pieces. You choose in Glint what your customers pay for that shipping, and you keep it. When you pay for an order, Glint sends and accepts the Shopify fulfillment request for its pieces for you. Don't remove the Glint location or rate: Glint pieces can't be sold or shipped without them.
5. Returns, problems, cancellations and refunds
You handle returns with your customers under your own store's policy; we refund you under the rules below. All requests are made on Glint's Returns page. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We don't do exchanges.
| Situation | Ask within | What we do | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Return (your customer doesn't want it) | 7 days of delivery | Send a prepaid return label for you to forward to your customer. Refund the wholesale price once the piece is back at our warehouse. | First 3 return labels each calendar month are free; then $5 per label, taken from that refund. 20% restocking fee if the piece arrives back more than 30 days after delivery. |
| Arrived damaged, defective or wrong piece | 7 days of delivery, with a photo | Send a free return label; refund the wholesale price once it's back. | None |
| Lost package (tracking hasn't shown it delivered) | From 10 to 45 days after it shipped | Ship it again free, or refund the wholesale price — your choice. | None |
| Your customer cancels after you've paid, before it ships | Automatic | We stop the shipment and refund you in full. | None |
- Returned pieces must come back unworn, in their original condition and pouch. We may decline a refund for pieces that come back worn, damaged by use, or that aren't Glint pieces, and tell you why in Glint.
- Already shipped. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled; use a return instead.
- Dates are counted in Los Angeles time; when tracking has no delivery date, we use an estimate of 7 days after shipping.
6. Samples and custom packaging
Samples. You can order pieces for yourself at the wholesale price, with free US shipping. Samples are for your own use (photos, quality checks, showing customers) and follow the same problem rules as orders in section 5.
Custom packaging. You can order clear zip pouches with your logo in foil and poly mailers printed with your logo, in packs of 100 or 150, at the prices shown in Glint.
- Printing is one color, on one side only. The preview in Glint is for reference only; our designer makes your final artwork and sends it to you to approve. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
- Your logo and text. You confirm you own or may use the logo, names, handles and words you send us, and that printing them doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse designs we believe infringe or are offensive.
- Cancelling. You can cancel for a full refund until you approve the artwork. After you approve, the packaging is made just for you and can't be changed, cancelled or refunded, except for printing errors on our side.
- Timing. It's ready about 2–3 weeks after you approve; this is an estimate.
- Use and storage. Your packaging stays at our Los Angeles warehouse and is used only on your orders: a mailer per order without a handbag, and a pouch per piece. Handbags ship in a plain box. When it runs out, your orders ship in our plain packaging. Counts shown in Glint are estimates.
- If you leave Glint, we keep any unused packaging for 60 days after your plan ends. Within that time you can ask us to ship it to you, and you pay the shipping cost; after that we may dispose of it. No refunds are given for unused packaging.
7. Your store, your customers and your content
- You are the seller. Your customers buy from your store, under your store's policies. You handle customer service, your own refunds to customers, and sales tax you collect from them. We deal only with you, never directly with your customers.
- Resale certificate. Glint sells to you for resale. Where the law requires it, we may ask for a valid resale certificate (in California, form CDTFA-230 with your seller's permit number), and we may charge sales tax on orders where we don't have one.
- Accurate listings. Don't describe Glint pieces as something they aren't (for example, solid gold or sterling silver when they're plated). You're responsible for the claims you make.
- Our content. You may use our product photos, descriptions and the marketing designs we provide only to sell Glint pieces in your store and promote it. Don't resell them or use them for products that aren't from Glint.
- Your content. You keep ownership of your logo, brand kit and anything you upload. You let us use it only to run Glint for you: showing it in the app, making your designs and printing your custom packaging.
- AI writing help. Some features use an AI provider to suggest text. Check suggestions before you publish them.
- Fair use. Don't misuse Glint: no attempts to break, copy or overload it, and no use that breaks the law or Shopify's rules.
8. Leaving Glint
Before you uninstall Glint, remove the Glint pieces from your store (My account → Leaving Glint can do this for you). Once Glint is uninstalled we can't see your orders, so orders for Glint pieces placed after that won't be filled, and you are responsible for refunding those customers.
- Orders you've already paid for are still shipped, and open returns and problem reports are still handled under section 5.
- Unpaid orders can't be paid for once Glint is uninstalled or your plan has ended.
- Your data. What happens to your data when you uninstall is in our Privacy Policy.
- Our side. We may stop offering Glint, or suspend a store that breaks these terms, with notice in the app where we can. If we stop Glint altogether, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and ship every order you've paid for.
9. Liability, disputes, changes and contact
- Product safety. Our pieces are sold as fashion jewelry and accessories for adults, not as children's products. If California's Proposition 65 requires a warning for a piece, we'll show the warning in Glint, and you agree to display it on that piece's page in your store.
- The app "as is". We work to keep Glint running and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you'll make any particular sales.
- Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
- Your responsibility. You'll cover claims against us caused by your store, your listings, or content you gave us (such as a logo you didn't have the right to use).
- Disputes. California law applies. Before going to court, contact us so we can try to resolve it within 30 days. Courts in Los Angeles County, California handle any dispute.
- Changes to these terms. We'll post updates in Glint and give at least 30 days' notice of important changes. Using Glint after that means you accept them.
- Contact. Chat with us any time in Glint, or email support@glintwholesale.com. Glint Collective USA, 3223 West 6th Street, Suite 101, Los Angeles, CA 90020.
